    Day 1: Arrival in Saigon

    Xin Chào! Welcome to Vietnam. ActiveTravel Asia tour guide pick you up at Tan Son Nhat airport in Sai gon. Then we will take 30 minutes transfer to our hotel in center. During the transfer, the tour guide will brief about the program as well as the biking road, traffic conditions of Vietnam. Check in your room then enjoy welcome dinner in a fine restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine in this first evening. Overnight in Saigon

    Day 2: Sai gon - Cu Chi Tunnel ~ 25km/15miles

    Wake up in the first morning in Vietnam at the most bustling city then enjoy the breakfast in hotel. We start up our tour with an orientation city tour to know about this city and get along to the traffic in Vietnam. Then we drive 1 hour to the famous Cu Chi underground tunnel system to experience how the Viet Cong lived and fought during the American War. Take start up biking for about 25km to explore the rubber plantation and backroad. Then we get down to the tunnel to reveal the complex of the whole system for about 2.5 hours next. Admire the incredible survival ability of human beings under violent armed attacks. We are back to Saigon in afternoon. If time permit, we will have a short visit to the most highlights of the city. Overnight in Sai gon.

    Day 3: Sai Gon – Cai Lay - Cai Be ~ 40km/25miles biking

    Today we really kick start our biking activity. In order to avoid heavy traffic in city center, we will leave hotel for Cai Lay at 8.30 am. We then start paddling on the countryside road around the beautiful villages. We will break for lunch at a local restaurant. 
    Following lunch, we enjoy a leisurely, two-hour afternoon bicycle ride along a narrow dirt road during which we traverse bridges and pass through local farms. Arriving in Cai Be, we board a boat to the floating market and then cruise over 1.5km-wide Mekong River. You can expect spectacular sunsets along the Mekong biking rout. We have dinner at and stay overnight in Caibe.

    Day 4: Cai Be – Vinh Long - Cycling to Can Tho ~ 60km/37miles biking

    After breakfast we say goodbye to the family and cross the Mekong River on boat. Under the cool shelter of the green canopy, we take the boat crossing for Vinh Long. We then have an extended ride from Vinh Long to Cantho. This is a long day on two wheels, going through immense rice fields and countryside villages. After lunch, we continue cycling to our hotel in Cantho. Overnight in Cantho

    Day 5: Floating market - cycle to Long Xuyen - drive to Chau Doc ~ 75km/47miles biking

    Early get up for a great boat trip to one of the busiest floating market in Southeast Asia - Cai Rang floating market. You need to wake up early this morning at around 5am. Cai Rang is wholesale market then it will finish at around 7am so that retail traders who bought commodity can move back to retail markets. We will see a lively and colorful market on a large bend of the river. Boat trip back to town for breakfast in the hotel then check out.
    Turning up a quiet canal and mounting our bikes for a ride 2 hour in single trails along small canals and in countryside road, enjoying the beautiful Delta scenery and meeting the locals (many on bicycle too). We have lunch on the way at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we continue and finish cycling in Long Xuyen. The private van will transfer you from Long Xuyen to Chau Doc. Overnight in Chau Doc, dinner by yourself.

    Day 6: Chau Doc – Xeo Quyt Eco-Tourism - Saigon ~ 25km/15miles biking

    After breakfast at hotel, the private van will transfer you back to Saigon with a stop for lunch on the way. The highlight today is visiting the fish-farm village producing tons and tons of fish beneath hundreds of floating homes of Cham village & Xeo Quyt Eco-Tourism. Then, you will enjoy the last cycling on Mekong delta about 1.5 hour on the way. Then the private van will transfer you to Saigon in the late afternoon then you will free at leisure for the rest of the day after along biking days in Mekong delta.

    Day 7: Saigon – fly to Dalat ~ day off

    We have a day off this day for a fly transfer to Dalat - that is called "the city of love".  Breakfast in hotel and transfer to the airport for the flight to Dalat in 1 hour. Dalat is the small town in Central Highland with cool weather all year round. Upon arrival in Dalat we take a bus ride to our hotel in Dalat.
    Check in hotel and enjoy a city tour to explore Dalat in the afternoon. The visit of today include Center Flower garden, King Bao Dai Palace - the last King of Nguyen Dynasty and XQ embroidery factory to admire skillful workers here. Get the last hours of the day free to wonder around the town, enjoy a cup of coffee - the most famous specialty in Highland is our suggestion. Overnight in Dalat.
    Flight Saigon – Dalat:  40 mins
    Transfer airport – hotel:  1 hr
    Sightseeing:  Half-day tour
    Meals:     Breakfast, Lunch
    Accommodation:  Hotel in Dalat

    Day 8:  Dalat – cycling to Di Linh ~ 80km/50miles biking

    Back to our active biking activity today. Today, we will join in a small group biking tour that daily departure until we each to Mui Ne beach in next 2 days. Great chance for you to make more friends who share common hobby of cycling.
    Lets get a hot and delicious breakfast in the hotel before we jump on our bike. Gradually speed up to warm up our body, the cycle east through rose farms with stunning views of Langbian Mountain and drop through a jungle forested valley. We stop at Elephant Waterfall for a quick break before continuing the ride through a spectacular section of pine forested hills, rice paddies and small fruit orchards and vegetable farms. Lunch in local restaurant.  We reach Di Linh in late afternoon. Overnight in a clean and comfortable guest house in Di Linh.
    Biking:     80 km - Smooth paved road – Moderate grade
    Meals:  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
    Accommodation: Accommodation in Di Linh

    Day 9: Di Linh – cycling down to Mui Ne ~ 80km/50miles biking

    Wake up in a peaceful town, share your breakfast with your friends/ fellow riders and we get ready for the last day of this biking holiday to the beach. 
    Today the ride goes through small minority villages and jungle forested valleys to the beautiful beach of Mui ne. The first section of riding is through coffee plantations and forest and includes a 5 kilometer uphill climb to get you warmed up. This is followed by plenty of down hill and rolling sections. A final long downhill pass is completed before the road flattens out with a long cruise to Highway 1, where the ride ends and our vehicle transports us the rest of the way to Mui Ne. Upon arrival in Mui Ne we check in a resort in Mui Ne. Here is the time say goodbye for your fellow bikers to get back to your own privacy.

    Day 10: Mui Ne beach stay - day off

    Mui ne is beautiful but very special beach in Vietnam. The weather here is semi-safari then it creates a huge area with sand dunes. The sand dunes have several natural colors and they keep changing when there is windy. Today is just free time for you to enjoy rolling on those smooth sand dunes or swimming at emerald water of Mui ne Beach. 
    Get a full day off the bike to recover from two previous days with rather long biking.

    Day 11: Mui Ne – Saigon departure 

    We check out in the morning and we take bus drive toward Sai gon. We transfer directly to the airport for your flight home or connect to another adventures in Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar with ActiveTravel.Asia.
